3. Booking & Payment​

All services must be booked in advance. Prices and payment details will be provided in writing before confirmation.

Payment method accepted:
 

• Bank transfer (bank account details will be provided at the time of booking)
   

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a booking by contacting us via email. Our cancellation policy is:
 

• 48+ hours before your session: Full refund

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund unless in exceptional circumstances (at our discretion)
   

If we ever need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
